Return Policy

General Return Guidelines

These are JESY's ("JESY", "we" or "our") general return guidelines and only apply to products you purchased directly from JESY.COM. If you purchased the product through offline channels, please contact the supplier who ultimately sold the product to you. All returns must meet the general guidelines for individual return policies to apply.

1. All product returns require you to contact the JESY Customer Contact Center via live chat for service. You can also send an email to [email protected]

2. If you return an item that holds personal information, you must delete this information completely before returning the product to us.

Depending on the reason for the return, return shipping may be deducted from your refund. (ie, if a return is initiated for a defective product that is powered up and functioning properly after inspection).

3. Purchase the item, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days within the return policy period, in case of any return or exchange request.

4. Products received by JESY with any of the following conditions, do not meet the conditions of return, and will be rejected:

• Any product not purchased from JESY.COM;

• Any product that is missing, damaged, altered or otherwise unreadable IMEI or serial number label, manufacturer model number or part number label;

• Any product returned without all original packaging and accessories, including retail boxes, manuals, cables and all other items originally shipped with the product;

• Any product showing physical damage;

• Any product that has been tampered with, customized or altered in any way.

 

Standard Return Policy

1. For products of qualified quality: return or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of invoice or delivery, whichever is later.

2. Products with manufacturing issues: Returns within 30 calendar days from the date of invoice or delivery, whichever is later.

3. The return request number can be obtained after the return is created through the jesy customer contact center. You need to pack the defective equipment and proof of purchase as instructed in the email and send the package to us as soon as possible. Please note that you need to deliver the product as soon as possible or your return request number will be invalid.

4. Return fees are waived for refunds and replacement returns of the same item within the return policy period only if the product is defective due to the manufacturer.

5. For returns caused by consumers, the freight shall be borne by consumers. The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose.

6. If the product received is damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer does not need to bear the resulting freight.

7. No purchase fee will be charged to consumers for return and exchange

 

Return the goods

JESY will only pay for return shipping if the item is defective due to the manufacturer (not the customer's fault). The item must comply with its JESY return policy. The tracking number can be obtained by email after creating an RMA through the JESY Customer Contact Center. Reimbursement of return shipping charges paid by the customer will be processed through the online channels provided by JESY.

1. Return shipping charges may be deducted from your refund depending on the reason for the return (ie, a return initiated for a defective product that has been powered up and checked to be working properly).

2. Purchase the item, please keep the original packaging for at least 30 days during the return policy period in case of return or exchange.

 

How to return jesy items

This tutorial will guide you through the process of how to return a JESY item on JESY.COM.

• First, you can request service by contacting the JESY Customer Contact Center.

• Next, you need to back up your data and wipe all personal data with the product.

• jesy will then send the user a return request number. Please pack and mail the defective device and proof of purchase to the address provided by JESY.

• A JESY Authorized Service Center will process your return request upon receipt of the product.

• You can use the tracking number to track shipping status.

 

Additional Return Information

Combination promotions and purchases of any kind:

1. A combo promotion is a special offer where you purchase two or more products at the same time to receive a discount.

2. Combining promotional purchases, any of which can be returned and exchanged in accordance with the return policy.

3. Products purchased in combination promotion, any one of which is returned according to the return policy, the current order will no longer enjoy the combination promotion policy, we will recalculate the unreturned products at the original price, and then calculate the refund amount for you.

Promotions and Gifts

JESY may offer free promotional items with its products. To receive a full refund on purchases offering promotional items, all items must be returned.

Out-of-stock (backorder) items

If JESY no longer carries the item sent for replacement, or if the item is simply out of stock, JESY will issue a refund to you.

 

Not eligible for return

If you are unable to create a return, it may be due to one of the following reasons.

The item has passed the return period

If your item is past the eligible return period, you will no longer be able to return it to JESY, but you may still be covered by JESY's repair or replacement warranty. To verify JESY warranty coverage and options, see the Warranty Policy page.

Items are non-refundable or non-replaceable

Your item is non-refundable, non-replaceable, or both. To review an item's return policy, see the Warranty and Returns section on the item's page. However, please note that even if your item cannot be returned to JESY, you can still receive JESY's repair or replacement warranty. To verify JESY warranty coverage and options, see the Warranty Policy page. If the item is within the return policy and time frame listed on the item page and you are unable to create a return, please contact us for further assistance.
