8月2日，国家安全生产监督管理总局办公厅印发《关于今年上半年化工安全生产情况的通知》。《公报》指出，今年上半年，全国共发生化工事故113起，死亡135人，化工安全生产形势严峻。
《通知》还提出，进一步落实各级地方政府安全监管职责，严格执行安全生产许可证，不断提升本质安全水平。也就是说，化学安全防爆设备不容忽视，应严格配备安全工作。
